Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team at contact@anwareatelier.com/ +91- 8178846196 with your order details.
- Mandatory to record a parcel opening video as a proof if received a wrong or damaged product
- Share clear recorded videos of the product showing the damaged or wrong product
- Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you through the return shipping process.
Refund Policy
Full refund is guranteed (in case) you raise cancellation request within 48 hours of placing the order
Refunds for the Cancellations before 48 hours
Cancellations within the 48-hour window will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 2-3 business days.
Refunds for any approved cancellations after 48 hours
Since manufacturing has started after 48 hours, a full refund is not guaranteed.
Any approved cancellation after production begins may incur a restocking or cancellation fee of up to 15% to 25% of the order value to cover materials and labor already committed.
Your refund will be processed, to the original payment method, after deducting applicable fees 15% to 25%, and may take up to 2-3 business days.
We recommend double-checking your order details (size, color, design, shipping address) before placing it, as changes become difficult once production starts.
